If you are aware of a member who is suffering with mental health problems, or if you require support yourself, please refer to the resources below. Unfortunately, those struggling may not always be able to act for themselves — if you're concerned about someone's welfare, they need the right care from the right person.

When to call 999

Call 999 if there's:

The most appropriate service will attend — this may be an ambulance or the police.

Medical support: for medical help or advice, you can call 111.

Available for anyone struggling to cope, providing a safe place to talk 24 hours a day.
