Want to be more involved in the Convention? Here is how you can be part of the fun at Eastbourne!
The Ali Bongo Micro Marathon of close up magic – who is going to take part this time - maybe a NEW name could be added to the relatively small list of people who have taken the competition prize - in many cases multiple times?!?
Since the late and much revered Ali Bongo introduced a Micro Marathon of close up magic at the Eastbourne Convention in 2008 it has continued to be a popular and well attended part of every convention. Magicians of all levels of experience are encouraged to enter to showcase their skills to their fellow magicians in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The winner is decided by the votes of the audience. The “Ali Bongo Memorial Trophy” is presented to the winner and all competitors receive a certificate of participation.
